These terms cover your use of Uforiya, the music collaboration platform available at uforiya.space. By creating an account you agree to these terms. We have written them to be as clear and straightforward as possible.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Uforiya. By signing up you confirm this is the case. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or group, you confirm you have the right to agree to these terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Everything that happens under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@uforiya.xyz.
You may not create accounts to abuse the platform, get around plan limits or impersonate someone else. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do this.
Your music is yours. You own everything you upload to Uforiya. By uploading content you give us a limited licence to store it, process it and serve it back to you and your collaborators so the platform can function. That is the only reason we touch your files.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload. Do not upload content that belongs to someone else without their permission.
Uforiya is built for music collaboration. Please do not use it to:
Uforiya offers a free plan and two paid plans: Pro and Premium. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are charged in CAD.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then reverts to the free plan. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
Each plan includes defined limits on tracks, versions per track and analytics access. These are listed clearly on the pricing page and explained in full in the rules and manual. If you reach a limit you will be notified and given the option to upgrade. We will not delete your content without warning.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. When you do, your content and personal data are marked for removal and permanently deleted within 90 days. Once that window has passed the data cannot be recovered.
We work hard to keep Uforiya running reliably but we cannot guarantee it will always be available. There may be occasional downtime for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
Uforiya is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect losses, including loss of data, income or business opportunity, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any situation will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled in accordance with Ontario law.
If we make material changes to these terms we will notify you by email or through a notice in the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Uforiya after that point means you accept the updated terms. We will always give you reasonable notice before anything significant changes.
